Our blankets made from merino wool and cashmere are durable and require minimal care. The fine fibres naturally have a protective coating that causes liquids to bead off. However, frequent washing can impair this protection. Therefore, it's better to air the blanket more often. This will refresh the blanket, remove any odours, and allow the fine fibres to stand back up.

If the blanket does need to be washed, do so cold or at a maximum of 30°C in the washing machine using the wool cycle and wool detergent. You can wash it alone or in a laundry bag. Be sure to spin the blanket at no more than 400 RPM, or skip the spin cycle altogether and instead roll the blanket in a large towel, gently squeezing out the excess water.

To dry, lay the blanket on a towel or spread it on a drying rack. If possible, towards the end of drying, place the blanket in the tumble dryer on the wool cycle for 15 minutes. This will allow the fine fibres to regain their optimal position, leaving the blanket wonderfully soft again.

Shipping and returns are free within Germany. You can order your baby blanket without any risk or hidden costs. For shipping within the EU, we charge a flat shipping fee of €10.90, including VAT.

As personalised blankets are custom-made products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. If you wish to return your baby blanket without personalisation, please contact us via email, phone, or Instagram, and we will send you a return label.

We avoid plastic packaging and filler materials. Our package sizes are optimally tailored to your order, allowing us to eliminate unnecessary filler materials and use only as much packaging as needed for shipping our baby blankets.

We deliver as quickly as we can. If you order a baby blanket without additional embroidery, we usually ship your order on the same or next business day. For personalised baby blankets, we need a bit more time. Blankets that are machine embroidered are typically ready for dispatch within 5 business days. Hand-embroidered blankets take about 7 business days to be ready for shipping.
